Refunds and Returns

• General Returns and Refunds:
  We offer returns on items, subject to a 10% restocking fee if the item is returned for a refund.
• Damaged or Lost Items:
  Replacements will be provided for items that are damaged or lost within the first 30 days of purchase. Proof of damage or loss may be required.
• Custom Printed Items:
  Refunds are not available for custom-printed items. However, if the fault lies with The One Musketeer, we will make the necessary corrections and reprint the job at no additional cost.
• Errors in Submitted Artwork or Approved Proofs:
  If the submitted artwork contains errors (e.g., incorrect sizes, spelling mistakes, grammar issues) or if the customer approves a proof with such errors, we can reprint the job for a small fee based on the size of the custom job.
• Custom Design Requests:
  If a full custom design is required, an estimate for labor and materials will be provided. You may waive these fees if the custom design aligns with an item we would like to sell in our store.

Custom Design Disclaimer

• All custom design requests must be submitted with clear and accurate specifications.
• We reserve the right to decline any custom design requests that do not meet our production standards or align with our brand offerings.

Revisions and Proofs

• It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all proofs provided by The One Musketeer.
• Once approved, any changes may incur additional charges.
